To keep logistics straightforward, we offer a flat-rate travel investment for all destination weddings within the continental U.S. For international celebrations or locations requiring unique logistics, we provide a custom travel quote during our initial consultation.
Continental U.S.: $2,000 flat rate (covers flights, lodging, and transportation logistics)
Florida Celebrations: No fee for local events; standard $2,000 flat rate applies to extended locations (Keys, Panhandle, South FL)
International Travel: Custom quote provided upon inquiry
